You will receive a form with questions regarding your daily routine, your favorite food, your favorite exercises and your goals. With this form you will give me all the needed information about your daily routine, your preferences, your workout, your goals and your health. With this information I am able to create your individual nutrition plan and workout routine that 100% fits your daily routine and your budget. In addition you will receive a form, where you will track your daily weight, calories and macros. You will send this one to me every week and if needed I will update your nutrition or workout routine. For further questions, you can contact me per mail.

Furthermore we also arrange a weekly call for up to 45 minutes to clarify your current status, progress and questions.
